 Hello Crafty Friends,

about me details on my Instagram page or my YouTube Channel.

6. Challenge starts on 1st of every month and ends on 28th of the month and winners will be announced on last date of the month.

For my inspiration post, I have used the digital stamp set APPLE BLOSSOM from this month new release OCTOBER FEST.

I love fall and I adore this new release. You can find plethora of ideas running in your head as

soon as you have a look at this beautiful release.

Without further ado, let’s have a look at my card.

Key Ingredients

2. White Cardstock
3. Oil Pastels and Q- tips for blending

1. Using PowerPoint, I flipped the blossom image, and added apple image to it( from APPLE
BLOSSOM stamp set ). Once I’m satisfied with my composition and size, I took print out on a
white card stock.

2. I coloured the image using Oil Pastels and blend the colours using Q-tips.
Usually water colouring would be my go-to medium, but this time I tried my hands on Oil Pastels to colour my focal image.

3. To keep the apple blossom natural, I chose to play white and pink colour combo.

4. I fuzzy cut my focal image and adhere it on an ink-smooshed background panel with a bold
computer generated sentiment ‘So Sweet’ to balance the big bold apple.

5. Mount the front panel to the card base. Voila!
I hope you are inspired to take part in the challenge. More inspirations coming along your way.

So subscribe and Stay Tuned.

Thank you for stopping!

Happy Crafting!

Creating Art is therapeutic and  has innumerable benefits from boosting your self-esteem, and providing you a safe outlet to relieve your emotions, to giving you a sense of control over your life and helping you to get to know and understand yourself better. During the process of art creation, you will be taking yourself on a journey of self-discovery that will help you eliminate emotional roadblocks, and learn how to communicate with yourself and others.

Creating Art is not about becoming a great artist but about finding meaning and connection in your life. The focus is only on the process not on the end result.

So, go ahead and dare to try your hands on any simple activities like art journaling, sketching, making collages, sculpting with clay, etc. from the comfort of your home to enjoy the therapeutic benefits of artistic expression.

Here, I made an interactive card for the hop, and I wanted to convey the message,

"When you heart art, it adds Rainbow to your life"

Don't you agree that,"Creativity Blows your mind?!"

I'm so thankful to my kids and my friends for believing in me and encouraging me all the times.

So Just spread the kindness. Show some love to everyone that surrounds you, that will lift them up to a great extent and the happiness return back to you in doubles.

Keep spreading the kindness!

Never fear, Shopping - Pop Up Card

HELLO friends,

I made a card to participate in MFT 2020 card design super star - Innovation Master category. Actually, I saw the announcement a day before yesterday and I had to quickly think of an idea to incorporate the MFT things I have in my stash.

You might have seen me missing in action for the past 4 to 5 months, due to our personal loss, we had to travel to our hometown and then the lockdown period all over India stopped us from returning home.

Now, we are back home and doing well. I felt so happy to pull out my craft supplies after a long time. So without further ado, let's have a look at my card.

The story of my card goes around my daughter Laya and her pet dogs Shero(grey Pup) and Caramel( brown pup). As her birthday is 3 months ahead and having some relaxations over the lockdown, she badly wanted to go for hopping. Who wouldn't, when two super heroes are there to protect you?! Lol. All the more, when offer Sale is going on, one must do shopping! 😀 There is off Sale On Bitty Bear shop (MFT- Bitty Bear stamp set), so my little darling dared to go shopping with her two super heroes.

Let's see the scene now,

I wrapped up my card (5 * 5 inch)using a ribbon and this is how it goes into an envelope.

Front view 👆

Back view👆

Laya and Her pups indisguise (super Dogs). The grey Pup accompanies Laya inside the shop while the brown pup busy scouting the city and to ensure strong protection to his buddies in this covid19 pandemic situation.(yes, he has magical powers to fight against the invisible corona virus 😅)

Bitty Bear Shop:
I made a pattern paper using bitty bear stamp set for the background of the shop and ink smooshed cheerful yellow mid ground to display the product-line. The tagline of the store is 'Never Fear, Shopping' which is a mix up of sentiments from MFT super dog stamp and MFT birthday girl stamp.
The sale bag on right corner is interactive to reveal the off percent. I attached a Brad to the bag(from MFT birthday girl) to make it swooping around.

Can you see how I put the Birthday girl stamp set and Bitty Bear stamp set to creative use by showcaseing the product lines of Bitty Bear shop. ?!! I have used MFT Bottle cap Letters and Numbers DIENAMICS for the shop's name and to display discount price.

Super Hero Caramel(Brown pup),

No fear, Shopping! I'm here.

He is the air quality checker and giving protection to his buddies. He can move too as I have used magnetic pull strip mechanism. Look at him swaying to and fro over the cityscape( MFT CITYBLOCK DIENAMICS). I used the die in layers to achieve 3d effect.

Definitely, she might have sold on for such a good offer Sale. She bagged many good stuffs. It was a happy shopping indeed.

These are the products that I used in my card. I did some surgical techniques with script dies and stamps to customize my sentiments. I didn't use anyother products in my card other than MFT. It's 💯 made out of MFT PRODUCTS ONLY.

List of MFT supplies used:

1. MFT BB Bitty Bears

2. MFT Super Dog

3. MFT Pure Innocence Birthday Girl PI - 271

5. MFT Stitched Star peek-a-boo DIENAMICS

6. MFT Happy Birthday script DIENAMICS MFT - 1389

7. MFT Best wishes DIENAMICS MFT - 1436

8. MFT LLD Bottlecap letters DIENAMICS MFT - 752

9. MFT LLD Bottlecap Numbers DIENAMICS MFT - 753

10. MFT Triangle Stax Dienamics MFT 1280

Note: for the beam lights penetrating into the sky, I used sticky notepads as masking paper. Used Distress Oxides inks for colouring and smooshed BG. The Grey floor is made out of pathway from CityBlock DIENAMICS.

I also have a short walk-through video show my card in action.

Hope you all liked my card!

I'm entering my card into 2020 MFT card design superstar, Innovation Master category.

Thanks for stopping by!

Happy Crafting!
